Lunch poolside at Fresco Beach Bar & Grill. |
On my second day, the sun finally started to come out, and I spent time at the pool, and ate poolside at Fresco Beach Bar & Grill. Fresco is a contemporary restaurant that serves up an eclectic menu with Mediterranean flair in a magnificent oceanfront setting – and just steps from the beach!

Walking across the street to Bal Harbour Shops. |
The St. Regis set up a special day trip for me to visit my favorite place in South Florida, Bal Harbour Shops. I met with the very sweet, Gotmar Giron, the Bal Harbour Shops Director of Public Relations & Special Events. She took me around the shops, stopping in a few of my favorite stores, where special gift bags were waiting for me in each store. We stopped in David Yurman, The Webster, and Diptyque Paris. For lunch, I are in the new and much-anticipated french restaurant, Le Zoo.

A delicious (and very filling) lunch at Le Zoo. |
Stephen Starr brings his signature mix of hospitality and haute design to the much-anticipated Le Zoo. I highly recommend eating at Le Zoo, If you have never been. This stylish 200-seat French brasserie transports diners to the beloved cafés of Paris and the shores of St. Tropez, whether you’re relaxing in the quaint interior salon or dining al fresco on the lush palm tree-covered patio. I loved the menu, and the service is great. The enticing menu features classic bistro fare like steak frites and trout amandine, inspired plats du jour, and an array of dishes celebrating the bright, fresh flavors of the Mediterranean.

On my last day, I walked Louie along the beach one last time. He honestly loves the beach as much as I do! The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is the perfect place to get away to, even If you don't live in Florida. With an amazing spa, two pools, a beach, and Bal Harbour Shops right across the street, this is an ideal vacation destination. Thank you for having me St. Regis Bal Harbour, and for giving me such a rememberable experience!
