The weather in LA has been absolutely incredible- warm in January, who would have thought?! What better way to celebrate than by being outside and shooting new outfits haha. I recently discovered a fun Australian- based clothing brand, called Nookie. They literally have the most beautiful dresses!
A trick I use to make "dressy" evening dresses more casual, or daytime appropriate, is by throwing on an oversized coat, duster, or cardigan over it. You can even add a pair of sneakers if you really want to dress it down.
I added a vegan leather coat by BB Dakota over the look, and a pair of beautiful ivory colored booties by Chinese Laundry. I always get so many compliments when I wear these boots. (They also come in red and black- yay!) I completed the look with an adorable mini Balenciaga bag from FWRD.
