SPORTY CHIC IN THE MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT

We are now in the last few days of Summer, and I am not mad about it! I am actually looking forward to Fall and it's cooler weather, and traveling to cities where I can experience true Autumn vibes. I have been so busy working all Summer (on my brands and with my real estate clients), I haven't traveled anywhere the entire Summer. This is a first for me for sure. 

With my birthday month next month, I am so excited that I have booked my birthday trip! I am going to let it be a surprise to you guys, but I will give you a hint- it's tropical! I have to get at least one island trip in this Summer.

I shot this cute sporty Barbie look in the Miami Deign District a few weeks ago, and I must say, I am a huge fan of being comfortable in denim and sneakers these days. I am super excited that Gallery Dept. has opened a pop-up in the Miami Design District, and they are here to stay (at least for a few more weeks). I have listed all outfit details below.

MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2022

 

I haven't missed a Miami Swim Week since I started attending in 2014. (Excluding it's absence in 2020 for obvious reasons.) I had a blast this year, and had back to back events and shows for 6 days straight! What kept me sane? Taking luxury Alto cars around the city, and of course my daily routine workouts in the gym every morning.

My favorite part about Miami Swim Week, is attending all of the different events for various brands and meeting new people. It's fun to see what beauty/skincare, clothing, swimwear, and even food & beverage specialty brands do to uniquely celebrate their brands during Swim Week. I got plenty of inspo this past week on how I am going to celebrate my five year Anniversary with my own swimwear brand, Tosh Swimwear, that I launched on July 22, 2017.
