  Fringe skirts are so fun! This gorgeous fringe pencil skirt is by Twenty Tees. I went for an all black look, pairing the look with a black vegan leather jacket by Express and a black V-neck from H&M. I kept my accessories black also with a floppy fedora hat from Nordstrom, a double buckle belt by B-Low The Belt, and I added a pop of nude with my favorite Louboutin "So Kate" pumps.
